All orders are dispatched to our Lagos pickup hub. Please note that we do not provide door-to-door delivery at this time.

We ship orders every Monday from Istanbul to Lagos. Once shipments arrive and are processed at our Lagos dispatch location, customers will receive a pickup notification message with instructions for shipping payment and collection.

• Orders are shipped from Istanbul to Lagos every Monday.
• When your order arrives in Lagos, you will receive a message for shipping payment and pickup/collection instructions.
• We do not provide door-to-door delivery.
• Orders must be picked up from the Lagos hub or shipped onward by the customer using their preferred courier or transport company.
• Shipping/waybill costs are not included in the product price.
• The final shipping cost will be calculated once the package arrives at the Lagos dispatch location, depending on the destination and courier chosen.
• Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or onward delivery from the Lagos hub.
